Title: SCOTUS declined to hear Peruta

Just read that the Supreme Court declined to hear the Peruta case, so the 9th Circuit decision stands.  Don't have a pertinent link to share.  I understand Thomas wrote a dissent saying they should have taken the case.  Stay tuned.
