Title: Delaware Bill of Rights
Post by: topper on July 17, 2017, 01:24:54 PM
I've been doing a little reading lately about the US Bill of Rights, which some how, I ended up looking at the Delaware State Bill of Rights.

http://delcode.delaware.gov/constitution/constitution-02.shtml#TopOfPage

ยง 20. Right to keep and bear arms.

Section 20. A person has the right to keep and bear arms for the defense of self, family, home and State, and for hunting and recreational use.

I did notice the similarity of the Delaware Bill of Rights to the US Bill of Rights, although the numbers many not correspond directly.

I never went to college, I went into the military for trade training, but all this has me considering taking a class on the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. I find this very interesting.

Warning: Be careful of the institution and instructor you choose. There are a lot of Liberal Left-wing professors and instructors that like to teach false idealogy of the US Constitution and Bill Of Rights.

Just sayin', ya know?

Interestingly enough, this wasn't added until 1987 or so.
