New York Rep. Chris Collins (R-NY) introduces Second Amendment Guarantee Act (SAGA) to limit states ability to ban firearms size and magazine limits among other things.

Safe America Gun Act is the previous law. This is Second Amendment Guarantee Act. Also it appears to be only for shotguns and rifles even though the article uses a photo of a pistol.
