Sorry if this is the wrong section. Need help finding the state statistics for non prosecuted unauthorized firearm purchase attempts reported in Delaware. I know I saw them somewhere. These are attempted purchases reported by gun dealers. I belive it was around 80%. Thanks.

Only thing I could find is whre De drops 71% for conviction

I don't believe there are such a requirement for reporting
