Title: Class time expiration

One of our kids took his class and range time a couple years ago, he has his certs. Never did anything else for permit, work, broke, kids. Does he have to start over with class again to file

I was told good for 2 years after date of issue.  Source: Dale Broome about a year ago.
I'd call and ask.

If he needs to retake the class, we have them monthly.

My wife and her son took the class, now the paperwork phase begins.

I actually sent the Prothonatrys office a email this week and this is the response I received

"There is no expiration date for the class according to our Judge. Occasionally, The Department of Justice will say a course is “outdated” but the Judge is the one who makes the final decision. Please tell her to go ahead and submit her class certificate with her application."

I would include a copy of the email and say you are following the instructions of your Prothonatary.

Thanks guys, as mention above, class was taken again. Now waiting on permits for wife and send. Paperwork went in 3rd week November
