Picked up a long gun. Been waiting 30 years for a Mini 14!

How's this for service?

Why does everyone praise this guy???  All he does is be pleasant, helpful, give you a good price, etc.  Aren't all business people supposed to do the same thing??  They are, but Chris does it better.
