What’s the difference between a restricted and unrestricted gun license in Delaware?

Not sure, but since no one else replied.......if you put "carry a lot of $$$$" as your reason, then you can only CCW when you have a lot of $$$, or something like that.

I have seen the restricted/unrestricted on the bottom of the second page of the application. It refers to the DOJ and Atty. Gen. investigation of the applicant. But not sure as to what it refers to. Could be for non-resident permits. I do know that carrying is restricted in certain State and Federal buildings.

It actually can be used to place limits on when or where you could carry. So, if you lean heavily on the fact that you make night deposits for your pizza shop job —you could end up with a restriction that would be tied to that activity. How often does that happen? Probably not a lot. You’re most likely looking at someone who was denied, or a person that someone (even the judge) is on the fence about — but does have a good argument for at least that activity.
