I'm told this will be in the Sunday print edition.

Oldgray, this is one well written editorial that really addresses this issue. Thank you for this and I appreciate what you have done. I hate to admit this but I am a glass half empty guy. I think the Bloomberg money pouring into the Gov and his ilk will win out. The Dems forget they work for us and not outsiders. I am going to forward this article to my buddies in VA and FL. All the best to you and your family.

@OGG, masterpiece.  If that isn't persuasive to our legislators, not much will.

Good article, but with the Liberal Legislators we have from Socialistville, USA, not much chance of it doing any good.

Add all the deaths due to whackos with "assault" guns/rifles in this century, and I doubt it will equal a weekend in Chicago, where nary an AR is heard.  Come to think of....probably does not equal the deaths in Wilmington, either.

Sorry about the guns comment.  My NRA instructor forbids the W word and it has stuck.

Managed to backdoor the article through a search. Very nice and they have no idea your a commie with a gun. ;D
Typical replies to your opinion piece like why do you need an assault rifle instead of a pistol. Little do they know you have that 10mm at the ready as well. Sorry to hear about the trouble. If I had the same problem I would prefer my ar-15, stock collapsed and a full 30 rounds with extras. Two eyes open.

Maria is a real Russian Communist from Tver' ...a city that the Nazis occupied. She does not believe in "cute little 5.56mm bullets," which is why the article refers to "her Armalite AR-10."  We both prefer 7.62x51 NATO, especially for the scumbag who hit my sister.

SB 163 is still in Senate Judiciary & Community Affairs Committee. Their next meeting on 4/18  (https://legis.delaware.gov/CommitteeDetail?committeeId=482)has been cancelled. Was Mrs. OGG planning to speak at the cmte meeting? Did they fold? :)
(More likely waiting for the Town Hall debate on the 19th).

Just spoke with the News Journal editor who moderated the 4/19 Panel discussion at Middletown High. He said the @OGG’s letter was one of the most read letters in the paper. Drum roll!!!
