Title: DSSA Forced to Sue DENREC AGAIN

DSSA has filed another suit against DENREC for the new, replacement regulations that ignore the Court's decisions.

Here is the text of the suit filed 5/22/18.

Yes.  They pulled a fast one.  Discriminated against open carry.  Selectively deny carry by non residents and grant themselves the preposterous privledge of being able to demand a “background check” on anyone excercising a fundamental constitutional right. Court has ruled that open carry is a fundamental right on two separate occasions.

DENREC should be abolished. It, like the EPA, are not provided for by the State of Delaware Constitution, or U.S. Constitution.
