Title: Justice Kennedy annouces his retirement effective July 31th

No one has posted this yet???

If Trump appoints another Gorsuch (i.e., another "Scalia clone"), SCOTUS will have a clear pro 2nd A majority and will start taking 2nd A cases again and give us a Right to Bear Arms (loaded in public).

Plus, we should get, hopefully, "strict scrutiny" as the standard of review in 2nd A cases and that should shoot down AWBs, hicap bans, handgun rosters and MANY other gun control schemes (as well as limits on knives, batons, chemical sprays, stun guns/tasers, etc).

As our Beloved Donald would say, "This is YUGE!!!"  :D

Dumocrats will  vote against every candidate Trump puts up. Not because they are not the best of the best, but because they HATE Trump and anyone that works with him. SAD!

And this is why we all need to vote Republican this fall to increase the majority in both the House and Senate.  As it stands now, only 50 +1 votes are needed to approve a Supreme Court nominee.

Pretty sure Chris Cox has a law degree... and he's young enough...

A Chris Cox nomination would reduce the number of available Democratic votes in the Senate.  Such a nomination would make their heads explode.
