Title: Florida Gas Station Owner Arrested After Shooting Thief

Fox News is reporting that a gas station owner has been charged with attempted murder after shooting a thieg wh stole some beer.  The owner shot the thief while the thief was trying to drive away -- NO immediate threat

Obviously this is based on a newspaper story but if true that would be correct. Shooting when there is no threat is criminal.  We should always be looking for a way out.  Only use seemed force in “gravest extreme”
