Many states are dropping their laws requiring Concealed Carry Permits. They are now allowing open and concealed carry without the need of a state permit and costly fees.

Would be nice if Delaware would do this they already kill you with tolls.   But I know them passing constitutional carry is nothing but a pipe dream.

Never say never, but it is HIGHLY unlikely here.  In fact, after this session I will be surprised if we even have permit carry, or guns to carry.  Yeah I know, I am always the optimist.???

Yeah, I can't see that EVER happening in DE, sad to say.
