Thumbing through the latest issue of The Guide, I see 73 notices posted. 37 appear to be female!!!
These are astounding numbers as this is just a portion ( Sussex and Kent) of the applicants in one periodical.
If anyone has contacts in the Republican Party, they should be made aware of this as the address is provided and get in contact so they know to make sure they vote to protect their rights.

I have noticed quite a few inner city Wilmington applicants lately. I guess they are tired at being shot at and can't reply. At least I hope that's what it is.

I live in NCC and have noticed an increase of notifications in the local papers for applications over the last few months. they are mixed between males and female.

"The Guide" has been listing about 70 +/- applicants a week. Sometimes you'll see 2-3-4 members of a family listed.
I look at this and am well pleased.
