Title: Just moved from PA to Middletown
Post by: Sneakerz4Me on April 10, 2021, 11:31:03 PM
Hi all, just moved to Middletown. Glad to join the community. Sad to see the CCDW process as I know no one in my county to get my license. I do have my Utah (& PA) license but know it's now invalid since I'm now a resident.

Hope everyone is staying safe and healthy! Look forward to talking to everyone and engaging on the forum.

Welcome.

Did you leave your NFA stuff in PA?  Only SBR allowed here.  Suppressor/ FA not allowed.

Just read where PA. House Bill 565 has passed and is being sent to Gov. Wolf for his signature. This, if signed, would make PA. the 22nd state to become a  Constitutional Carry State, and kill the need for residents to have to get a concealed carry permit. I am assuming it would eliminate others coming to PA. from having to have a C/C permit to carry in PA.

My fear is that Wolf will veto the bill and it will have to go back for another vote to try to over-ride his veto.

I don't fear or pay any attention to these laws. These are the games they have been playing for years. There will either come a day when you have rights or you don't. It will then be up to you to continue on with your life or not, like it is your choice to do that any other day.

Wolf already announced veto.   Passed House 107-92 and Senate 30-20 so no chance of override.
Even though 21 other states have with no problems, the old tired “wild west”, “ok corral” “blood in the streets” ad nauseum blather from the media and libtards is being thrown about.

Read that as well, however I think that it still adds momentum to the cause. It won't happen overnight. I have a hunch the SC will rule favorably in the NY case and that will be a boost in of itself

or not, and someone else will come in and play the same games as well as long as you follow this crap because that's what THEY want you to do to keep you occupied and away from what is really going on
