Has anyone recently found a county in PA that will issue a non resident ccw. Thank You

I had always used Media, until the covid crap.  I had to go to reading last year.  Radnor is usually up on where to go.  He may chime in.

I'm TDY, VA.  But I'd CALL York  Co.

I was able to get mine in York 2 months ago. Filled out app on their website- had it approved withtin the hour and drove up to pick it up, in and out in 10 minutes maybe.
