"A 53-year-old law preventing federally licensed firearms dealers from selling handguns or handgun ammunition to adults under the age of 21 is unconstitutional, a federal appeals court ruled Tuesday."

The Judge was a Trump appointee, so it definitely wont stand!

4th has 8-7 Dem majority and of the 7 a couple might be Bush RINOS

time will tell....most likely lots of time.  I may be dead before it gets to SC
