Reading a lot of different info. If I have a non resident PA ccw issued by another county is it legal to carry in Philadelphia.  Thank You

It's legal, but the Philly cops HATE it. If called, they will find a way to mess with you about it, including confiscating your firearm and getting your permit revoked.

Never lock your gun in your car in Philadelphia.  Too many break ins and if stolen, the Philly Cops will confiscate your LTCF as an irresponsible person.  If recovered, you will not get your gun back.
