Title: New Jersey submits to Constitution. (Sort of)

Looks like New Jersey will submit to the decision.

Who is going to be first to apply?

Is Maryland next?

I certainly will apply. As you know, Delaware already meets all the NJ
requirements and beyond, so I don't see that as an issue, but I didn't
see "out of state" availability. If anyone gets this information, please
pass it on. Waiting to hear from Maryland, and New York.

I don’t see anything that precludes out of state in the NJ or MD law.  New Jersey issues so few that it’s really an unknown.  Maryland has issued out of state in the past under its “good and substantial reason” but in that the decision specifically mentions the “equal protection” clause Its hard to see how they can deny out of state.  This probably goes for Delaware as well

California AG has notified sheriffs and police chiefs to ignore issue without the “good and substantial reason”

Looks like they updated their instructions. Out of state still needs NJ approved training it seems

WHY is a Constitutional right like bear (carry) not valid in all States without a license?
I'm all for 'States Rights' in most cases, but if it's actually written in the Constitution, it's not up to 'the States'.
How brilliant is our local government for not recognising that FACT?
