Title: Federal Court Skeptical of MD Handgun Purchase Law
Post by: Clarence on March 11, 2023, 04:14:49 PM
The US 4th Circuit Court of appeals appears ready to strike down the Maryland HQL handgun purchase license.

Hopefully if true this will “hose down” our legislature from enacting their version which is even more egregious than the Maryland process.
