Title: Delaware County Pennsylvania LTCF
Post by: Clarence on March 15, 2023, 09:55:54 PM
If anyone is planning to renew or obtain a PA carry permit in Media, PA, two visits will again be required.  The on line application for out of state license is going away.  This from the DELCO. sheriff website:

. Effective April 1st, 2023 out of state applicants will not be accepted online.
Out of state applicants must apply in person.

I'm due in 2024 and have been trying to Google the process without much success

Thanks for the heads up. My PA expires next month, so I was able to get mine and my sweetie's applications done today. Now I get to wait for this along with my MD Wear & Carry.

Here is link.

I would strongly recommend NEVER to use Google for anything firearm related. They retain your searches  and share them with whoever pays them.   Use Swiss-cows or Duck Duck Go

Now I have to choose between one 61/2 hour round trip to York and two 5 hour round trips to Media.

Tolls over BayBridge ($6.00  one way) or $4 Delaware route 1.

What? why the paranoia?  it's our right, isn't it?
I think we should inundate google with statements and queries about guns, all kind of guns and about their history.
If we hide or act suspicious, they will certainly bite you.
Stand up to these 'progressives' who don't know or care about our constitution, or educate them.
On top of that, what's wrong with getting ads from gun stores?

Just because you're paranoid doesn't mean they aren't out to get you.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say googling gun stuff isn't what they will come after me for ;D

In any case I do try to be a little mindful on forums at least.  I'm sure this one is crawling with DSP and the like

The DSP can seem heavy-handed at times, but they ARE on our side fortunately. They recognize the citizens right to 'keep and bear arms', having been through a couple of 'situations' myself....
