Greetings from Wilmington, where I have lived since 2004.  I've had a concealed carry permit in every state that I have lived in, and finally got my DE permit relatively recently (then PA shortly thereafter).  I held off getting my DE permit for a while when I moved to DE because I was not too keen on publishing my name in the paper (seems idiotic to me to give criminals a list of houses from which they can steal a gun).   I've found this site very helpful in going through the overly-complicated and lengthy permit process in DE.  Thanks to all who unknowingly helped.
