Title: Renewal Application question

Hi all
Haven't had the need to renew yet and am wondering if the renewal paperwork is the same as the original app for ccw. 
Do I just put the same info on the renewal?

Also, be sure to send your picture to dear old captai Noah..  uhhh.. I mean your renewal application in on January 1st.
