address change

How difficult is the address change process for DE ccw. Just got mine a couple days ago but will be moving this summer. Will I be without my permit until the new one is delivered? Will I have to complete a new application?

there is no statute saying you MUST notify of change of address. 

Would suggest calling the issuing prothonotary.
