Thinking about getting an AR-15

Ok so what does everyone recomend for an AR-15 I've wanted one for a while but havent had the money.

I bought a Stag from Smyrna Sporting Goods for $925.  A fun gun.  You can go up from there $$ not sure what make's one better then another except for Match Barrels.  Miller's Guns can tell you.  Have fun with it.

Sig, you want new or used for that price?  Any other specs??

Aslong as its a quality manufacturer there all the same in that price range just with different roll marks on the reciever. If you go new id say go with stag..... Ive handled a few and all have been very nice.
