Illegal aliens have a right to arms for self defense. 

Now this is not to say illegal immigration is right but it underscores that possessing the means to defend yourself is a fundamental right. 

Interesting that this is an Obama judge that early in 2022 had ruled against the plaintiff but by applying Bruen now has ruled this way.

Logic tossed out the window!!!  They can have a gun, but I can't???  What part of illegal do they not understand??

so....I guess here in DE the illegals would have to go through the permit to buy process which I doubt they will bother with....since that's only for law abiding citizens.....
