... I now understand that the Dover SBI office electronically scans the prints but are then able to transfer them onto the card.

Yeah, it's called INK!

Sorry, had to be a smart @#$.

LOL  :D at Radnor, yeah I've heard of that stuff before. Seriously I was given bad info that the SBI could transfer the electronic print images onto the card, I don't know if that's possible but SBI doesn't do it.
They do it the "old fashion way" for a charge of $10 bucks. ;D

Get out !......mrjam you have a printer that actually scans? Wow that makes at least two of us. Now if only the State Police's SBI office would discover them.

State Bureau of Investigation. Got it!
Should be no issue for them.
Actually, SBI is State Bureau of Identification.

Good for you.  Just remember even though De honors Fl permit, YOU CANNOT CC until you get you DE permit.

Thanks for the info and kind welcome.

Got my Pa permit yesterday morning only $ 20.00 no hassle in and out in less than 20 minutes with permit in my hands. It gives me 31 states along with my Del. permit. I went to Lancaster County Sheriff's Office 50 N. Duke St..
