HELLO EVERYONE, MY NAME IS RICH. IM A NEWBIE TO THE FORUM, I REGESTERED MONTHS AGO BUT I FINALLY GOT  A LITTLE TIME TO NAVIGATE AND GET FAMILIAR WITH THE SITE. I LIVE IN WILMINGTON, I ALSO CONCEAL CARRY (WHICH I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF YOU LIVE IN THE CITY. STRONG SUPPORTER OF THE 2ND AMMENDMENT & FAMILY VALUES. THANKS FOR HAVING ME.

I've been following and commenting on this forum for some time now, and have a suggestion.  When answering or asking a question about the DCCW prosess, it would be wise to state what county you are living in. I have seen erroneous information give to questions, because things seem to be different in the different counties as to how thing work. I suggest to Newbies and "Oldbies" that when asking a question or adding new threads to the forum, that you state your county to avoid bad or misleading info.
