Another moving to DE question?
« on: June 08, 2009, 03:47:39 AM »
I am still debating the move to from PA to DE. If I were to move, do I need to contact the DE state police to inform them of brining firearms into the new home? From what i can tell, DE seems to be similar to PA and I should be able to pack up all my goodies and move? I know NJ needs permits for each firearm.

Nope. No need to notify anyone.

Keep in mind that DE does not allow  weapons that are Class 1 (I think that's the class) like full auto. But your normal firearms are fine.
