PA References

Any requirements for the two references that are on the application for out of state CCW for Lancaster?

I am assuming someone who knows you well and lives in PA? I that it? Looks like they (the state) just needs a name and number?

I used Delaware county, but there was no requirement that they lived in PA. I used two of the references I used from my DE resident app.

Went to Lancaster County on 12/13 and used two ref's and both lived in Delaware. No problem

I called yesterday and tried to get hours but they didn't have a message setup about holidays and no one answered.

Hoping to stop by on my way back from NY to DE. Fingers crossed that they are open!

Thanks! Was planning on leaving the relatives place around 1pm to arrive at Courthouse by 4pm....but ran into a Blizzard on the way down making my 3 hour drive a 6 hour drive! Ugh-

But back safety that is the most important. Will be going tomorrow now.
