As far as I can see, signs do not carry the law.  Unless it is in the PA or DE code as a place prohibited to carry, you can carry.  The no loaded firearms to me means please don't bring in loose, unholstered firearms that are loaded.

Yeah the Newark show says "no modern handguns, assist type rifles, or look a likes are permitted on the premises. Only antique guns and military collectables will be permitted".

That sounds like its more for the dealers? I don't know....

Thlax you are correct.  A friend of mine has a table there every year and that is for the dealers tables.  Can't sell any modern firearms at the tables.
