One of the local news stations -- WCAU or KYW, not sure which -- mentioned this morning that Governor Markell and Attorney Generel Biden would be announcing their proposals to "increase gun safety" tomorrow.
I can't find anything on the Web, but Markell has long advocated a ban on so-called "assault weapons" and magazine size restrictions.
They will dress it up with mental health initiatives (read: reporting to the NICS database, but not actually helping anyone). Let's hope that's the only part of the whole mess that makes it into law.
