Looking at getting one in .308.

Savage 111 (I do love my .22lr Savage tho)
Howa 1500
Remington 700SPS

Thoughts? Comments?

But... but... it has a black stock! It's clearly a military-style assault weapon.
Someone needs to Email this thread to feinstein@senate.gov right away!!!

Other than that, it looks like a damned fine rifle.
