Winchester 70 restoration

Just a note, re: my previous email about a gunsmith; I was able to find one in Delaware referenced by another restoration enthusiast.   The link to the completed and restored 1886 photo is

I am now restoring a Winchester 70 post WWII transition model that has seen better days.  I have a rough formed stock I am fitting (and finishing) but would like to have it checkered in the early post war period prior to finishing.  Does anyone know of a person who does checkering and would know or have access to the Win 70 checkering of the period?
