But if they pass a new law restricting where large cap magazines can be used, won't the bad guys and nuts leave theirs at home? Makes sense to me. Wait, why don't they just pass a law that says bad guys can't have guns? Wouldn't that make more sense? That would solve the gun problem.

....and one more thing. Denn's letter mentions that when large cap mags were banned fewer were carried by criminals, but he didn't mention that crime rates didn't decrease. Doesn't that prove that size doesn't matter?
