Also the Gun Registration Bill has hit the State Legislature. House Bill 35 with total Democrat sponsors has been introduced and assigned to the Judiciary Committee already. The Judiciary Committee is Democrat controlled with only a few Republicans on the Committee. As I see it, it is not likey that it will remain in committee long. I look for it to be brought to the follr for discussion and a vote quickly.

Not that I agree with it, but what I took from reading the bill is no F2F transactions.

And we all know the criminals will use an FFL to transfer their guns to other criminals.
So, it's a good crime stopping bill.  :PUKE:

Found it.  The FFL must maintain name/address and make it available for inspection.

Again, I can see the criminals running out and doing this...

Something else of interest...

HB35 is sponsored and co-sponsored by Dems, with one exception.  Rep. Ramone (R-21) is a co-sponsor on the bill as well.  Either he's a RINO, or he doesn't understand what the bill really does.

I'm going to reach out to him.

I've already called my Rep today.  Received a phone call from him a while ago.  Spoke for 15-20 minutes.

Another case of a proposed law that will not be enforced due to budget constraints and most police officers have better things to do.
When will they realize the criminals will always get the guns they want. Let the laws-abiding citizen protect him/herself with an appropriate firearm.

Just received a nice email from Representative Jeff Spiegelman  -  "I am a NRA member, a firearm owner and collector, and a Military Historian who knows the value and purpose of the 2nd Amendment.  I will not vote for a law that punishes law-abiding gun owners for the actions of criminals and mad men."

Keep up the good work Jeff.

Photos of said AK, extras, price, member discounts?
I was always wanting to get a Russian AK, to tag along with my Tula SKS. Should have done that a decade ago. Don't know much about the Polytech legend, but will read up...

Looks like sellers are asking $2500 to $3000+ on Gunbroker. Wow! Thanks for posting, but way out of my league TK. Sweet piece.
