delaware county. went to the courthouse in media, and it will require 2 trips but i dont work too far away so its ok for me. most are 2 trips now. at media they have 1st monday of every month where they are open til 7 and some saturdays 10-2. delaware county website has exact info. very helpful and nice lady at the counter. go through security and make an immediate right into sheriffs office and look to your right for the huge sign that says "GUN PERMITS"
