Thankfully the perp stopped after being fired at.

Here in Delaware, they'd be debating what crimes to charge her with, all the while setting up collection cans in convenience stores for the guy.
Very few guns are actually "illegal guns."  A gun misappropriated by a criminal is no more of an "illegal gun" than a stolen car is an "illegal car."

Problem was, she missed him. Now he will probably try to sieu her for terroristic threatening.

I have mixed emotions about this story.  I am glad that she was able to stop the perp and that for her sake, no one was hurt. However, if she's not intending to shoot anyone, why the hell does she have a gun and why the hell did she pull the trigger?!!

While I will always support someones right to own a gun and of course I support anyone who uses that gun to protect themselves or their family members from harm...   but if she's not prepared to use it and use it with a clear conscience, why does she have it?!

.357 or not, this granny needs a bigger dog and a water pistol.

I agree and that is the real problem of how this once great state has become.
