Pennsylvania Vehicle Carry
« on: June 02, 2013, 10:54:00 PM »
For those who are waiting to get a Pennsylvania permit, you may carry in "any vehicle" with
A permit from "any state".   See 6106 (2)(b) (11)
However you will need a PA permit to foot carry concealed and the new
AG office has re written the reciprocity agreements with Arizona
Virginia and Florida to forbid reciprocity for non residents.   This does not apply to vehicle carry as
as this remains legal with "any permit".

Important to know that the vehicle carry exemption for "any permit" is
Not dependent on reciprocity agreements.  So as PA is open carry without a permit,
(Except Philadelphia) you may vehicle carry in PA on a Delaware permit but NOT
concealed foot carry. Here is a link to the law on the PA State Police website.

Interesting that they called that non resident reciprocity a "loop hole". Politicians are fond of that word.

Well if the PA-AG doesn't like "loopholes", then she must hate the vehicle carry in exemption number 11 as it is in the LAW and she can't change that on her own.  Carry on.

Now that Kane has closed the "Florida Loophole" why are they still killing each other and gang banging in places like Philly?

Could guns not be the problem?
