On my CCW license it says unrestricted. What does that mean??

It means you have no restrictions. Work only would be a restriction

But certain areas are still prohibited right? Like schools, state parks, post offices etc.......

Yes those areas are off limits, however the Judge did not add restrictions to your permit.
