Yep.  Move.    ::)  When there I was in the Crime Prevention Unit preaching that a neighborhood will dictate what it will and will not allow.  It often fell on deaf ears from the civilian population and from the politicians who wanted to convince voters they were the answer to crime problems.   Only when the people in the neighborhoods work together, it will just get worse.  That's my general observation, however, it doesn't factor in the dumbing down of America and the constant drum beat from the enemy within.  There has been a constant attempt by the communist element in this country to destroy us within.  And there has useful idiots who follow them.  Don't have an answer for that.
