Buying guns in Pennsylvania

Can a Delaware resident buy a handgun in Pennsylvania? how about ammo?

You can purchase a long gun in Pennsylvania from a FFL, but not from an individual.
You can arrange to purchase a handgun from a gun shop in PA, but the actual transfer must be handled by a Delaware FFL.
Ammo? No problem.

Thanks, If I go to the Harrisburg Pa. gun show I plan on getting ammo. Just curious about the guns, I prefer to buy local at the LGS.
