I've tried to vote twice several hours apart and I'm getting an "error 0" message every time I enter disapprove or strongly
 disapprove.  Anyone else having this problem?  Is the site blocking bad reviews?

Not sure, but it doesn't appear as if the site is working properly as the see results tab does the same thing. I don't want to test it any further as it may accept approve and disapprove and that is not want I want.

They are showing results now.

Strongly Disapprove = 28
Disapprove = 14
Strongly Approve = 9
Approve = 3
Meh = 1

Voted at 12:35 pm. The site seems to be operating normally now.  The majority vote is for strongly disapprove.
