How Can This Be Legal?

I certainly hope that if Delaware tries something this bad the voters will rise up and shut it down.

--- Quote ---Connecticut State Police are reminding firearms owners that state regulations on long guns will change Tuesday.

Troopers say that beginning April 1, long guns cannot be sold or transferred without one of the following documents: a permit to carry pistols or revolvers, an eligibility certificate for pistols or revolvers or a long gun eligibility certificate.

State police say those documents also will allow people to buy ammunition. Anyone who wants to buy ammunition and not additional firearms will only be required to obtain an ammunition certificate.

What part of "shall not be infringed" do they not understand?

SturmRugerSR9:
So you are saying Connecticut has full blown gun and ammo registration. They have everybody's name address and phone number and picture that has a gun or buys ammo. We are entering the first phases of Communism (Socialism). Now that they have the info, they'll come knocking next.
