   no.   they are condemming property, because of crime, and legally taking it from someone who just happened to rent it to section 8 housing.

  this is a land grab bill,  so that police and the state have money after they arrest billy bob on crack charges.  they find the real owners in florida, and hold them responsible for billy bobs crime.

no, not fighting crime at all.    Holding you responsible for billy bobs crimes, is crime in itself.

  The gov of the city is steeling property, using crime as  a excuse for the cops not being able to do  their job.

  The city was condemning property for the sake of river front  a while back, taking property because of condition.  it was benifiting builders for the riverfront.

  we have made a full circle from when we stole from the Indians.    Sorry for the doom and gloom.

Biden could not fight crime if it looked him in the eye, which it does when he looks in the morror.  All he can think of is gettings daddys seat.  He is incompetent as AG and will likely not be much better as GUV.  But he loves our one party system in DE.
