When stopped for a traffic violation in NJ she volunteered to the officer that she was armed & had a PA permit at which point she was promptly arrested. If convicted, her "crime" will lead to a minimum 3 year prison sentence.
IMO helping Mr. Nappan & Shaneen pursue this case is in all of our best interest. It it very likely that the case can be used as a basis to invalidate
NJ's onerous ban that prevents hard working citizens from defending themselves.
