"Brandishing" laws in DE

I was watching this video (link below) from PDN the other day and it got me thinking - along with several stories I've read recently about CCW holders stepping in to interrupt an armed robbery, etc. 

What are the laws in Delaware regarding displaying a concealed weapon towards a perceived threat?  I remember a discussion back in my CCW class on the topic - but (and I may be missing it) I can't seem to find anything directly on this on the Delaware code.

Thoughts?  Opinions?

11 Del C § 602 Menacing; unclassified misdemeanor.

(a) A person is guilty of menacing when by some movement of body or any instrument the person intentionally places another person in fear of imminent physical injury.

Menacing is an unclassified misdemeanor.

(b) A person is guilty of aggravated menacing when by displaying what appears to be a deadly weapon that person intentionally places another person in fear of imminent physical injury. Aggravated menacing is a class E felony.
