OK I have an Update  ;D
I received a call today from Barry in PA PICS and he told me their decision to decline me is going to be reversed & I'll be cleared to obtain my PA non resident carry  :P
Only thing is he has to wait for his Supervisor to sign the paperwork and doesn't have any time frame for when it will be.
So I'll be receiving something from them in the mail when this is all said and done and over with  ;)

You should see if they know whether this is an issue that is likely to reappear.
Very few guns are actually "illegal guns."  A gun misappropriated by a criminal is no more of an "illegal gun" than a stolen car is an "illegal car."

They cant answer that but its likely to be a problem for me in NJ since that's where the alternate me was arrested !
I will be sure to carry the paperwork I get from the PA State PICS Office clearing me of the NJ incident for sure !

OK, Great News !
I got the letter from PA PICS saying I am not prohibited from carrying ( Duh I think Delaware would have taken my permit if I was prohibited ) and can go ahead with applying again, so it looks like I'll be driving up to Lancaster again.
I have off a few days coming up so its perfect timing !
I'll be sure to reply one more time when I have Permit in hand !

Good deal, and good luck with the buggies on the road!

I thought I was going to have to go back again as they were having issues with the computer they use for photos  :o ??? but thank goodness it was working when it came time for me to get my ID.  ::)
I was in and out in like 20 minutes the most ------- Yeah !

Its an Awesome feeling I tell you.
People have asked me why I wasted my time & I told them if I just gave in and didn't pursue the PICS Challenge then I'm admitting guilt and I refuse to do that as I was innocent !!!!!!!!!!!
I do not feel it was a waste of time as I now have my PA Carry permit !
And maybe someone else will learn something from what I have gone through. Its similar to identity theft and could cause you so many problems without you even knowing it.
