Shotgun Private Party Sale
« on: February 03, 2015, 06:45:31 PM »
Good afternoon, everyone. Short and sweet, I haven't bought or sold a long gun in a while and was wondering: If when selling a shotgun to another private party, must it be at a FFL location. It's an older Remington 1100. Thanks in advance for any help!

If I am not mistaken (IANAL, YMMV):
--Private firearms transfer between DE residents must be done at a FFL
--This is not required if the purchaser has a valid CCDW permit
"She's petite, extremely beautiful, and heavily armed."
