Gov. Christie pardons Shaneen Allen

Remember that PA resident with a concealed carry permit who spent 40 days in jail for having her gun on her when she made the mistake of traveling into Jersey?  Then the A.G. permitted her into a diversionary program (PTI).  Gov. Christie granted her a pardon.  Maybe there's' hope for my home state after all.
