Here we go again, with Obama trying to ban more guns. This time from senior citizens.

Step 2 of the plan:
Anyone who bounces 2 checks in a year is financially incompetent, therefore prohibited from gun ownership.
Step 3 of the plan:
Go over your credit limit too many times, you are financially incompetent &  therefore prohibited from gun ownership.
Step 4 of the plan:
Miss a utility bill payment, you are financially incompetent &  therefore prohibited from gun ownership.

I personally know people who can barely remember how much money is in their wallet let alone pay their bills on time.
One is a surgeon & an excellent trap shooter. Probably makes $250K+ & has a staff to take care of his bookkeeping.
They give him an allowance to spend on ammunition. Wife just bought him a new Salvinetti shotgun. I'm guessing about $20K but might be more.
Try telling him that he's financially incompetent-you might just get your gall bladder shoved up your nose.

Reading this article in the LA Times, they seem to be referring to folks receiving Social Security Disability. Not that it matters. Give them an inch...

The original article mentions 4.2 million may be affected.

4.2 million would be those on SSI disability.
